Living Arrows 4/52

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth.” Kahlil Gibran

I am finding on this project that it is much easier to get to sit down and take photos of Nate because Ollie is at school for the largest part of the day.  I’m making a much bigger effort to capture photos of Ollie here and there.  Also, it would seem that this week is Lego week because that is what all my pictures capture!

Nate   //   When Ollie goes to school during the day, Nate loves the fact that he can play with all the big boy toys, including Ollie’s lego.  He giggles at the little Lego people and he is so careful clicking the little blocks together.  He would happily sit and play with lego for hours!

Ollie   //   James’ Aunt gave us a big bag of old Lego this weekend, Lego that used to be James’… and James was excited to rummage through it with the boys.  Ollie was particularly excited!!  He, like Nate, would happily play with Lego for hours… and his creations are wonderful.  You can almost hear his brain ticking as he clicks the pieces together.  Sometimes he narrates a story as he builds.  That boy’s imagination knows no bounds! 🙂

I love the napping dog! My two are exactly the same, the little one happily waves big brother off in the morning with plans to play with everything of his as soon as we get home! Thanks for linking up with Living Arrows. I love this project and seeing everyone’s photos (I’m just slow with the comments!)
