My SITS Feature Day!!

I’m so excited… today is my SITS feature day!  What is a SITS feature day you may ask?

SITS is a 40,000 strong women’s blogging community… it’s a great source of blogging inspiration and support sharing blogging and photography tips and featuring one blog a day!  If you’re not familiar with SITS then please please check it out!  It’s a great community full of lovely ladies!

For those of you who have never visited before, let me give you a little introduction.  My name is Emma and I am 28.  My husband James and I have been married for 5 1/2 years and we have 2 children… Ollie, who is 4 and Nate, who is almost 8 months.  They are the light of our lives.  We live in cold, rainy Ireland!  I am a SAHM and I keep this blog as a kind of diary… I just like documenting what we all get up to, the adventures we go on and other randomness.

Please feel free to have a little look around my blog!

You can read about me and my family here.

If you would like to read a bit more about my hubby and I read our wedding story and where I write about the moment I knew James was the one! If you want to read about 30 things I want to do before I’m 30 click here.  You can also read Ollie and Nate’s birth stories and our struggles to have a second baby/ dealing with 2 miscarriages. There are also a list of my best/ favourite posts here!

I hope you have a lovely visit, like what you read and decide to come back!

Hi! Nice to meet you! Happy SITS Day! Love your pictures and the theme of your blog! Love your hubby’s expression on the last picture like LOL! Priceless! 🙂 The things bloggers’ hubbies have to endure, am I right? They should all form a community as well! LOL! Your boys are adorable! I have 2 girls, 4 yo and 20 mo. 🙂 So I am sure I’ll find lots of things around your blog where I’ll identify! 🙂 Enjoy your day!

Congratulations on your feature today! I’ve been blogging for over year now, and I just joined SITS a couple days ago. I have to say, I’m quite impressed with the support and friendly community women have created there. I am American but have always wanted to visit Ireland. That was my plan when I studied abroad in London, but between my classes, homework, and other travel, time got away from me. Some day I will see your beautiful country. Again, congrats on your feature. I look forward to taking a peek around your place here.

Happy SITS day! I hope your blog gets oodles of new readers. I had no idea (reading the previous post) that kids started school at age four in the UK. US kids are still in preschool at that age. Looked like Ollie was handling it perfectly. Do you have to iron those pleats into the pants? Because I am totally opposed to irons. We don’t even own one. My kids would be a rumpled mess if their uniforms had to have pleats and things like that!

Congratulations! What a lovely family, and great blog! I love that your “30 before 30” list includes having a pen pal… I’ve had pen pals since I was a teenager. Some of them are still good friends, and some of us have visited each other in our different countries… I highly recommend pen pals for everyone 🙂 Enjoy your day!
